These seminars are designed to assist students who are preparing to sit their Royal Academy of Dance examinations. It is suitable for all students from Intermediate Foundation to Advanced 2 who have a good working knowledge of the syllabus and in particular the respective variations for your level.
DancePilates.com aims to help the young dancer prevent injury, improve dance technique, increase understanding of movement principles and prepare for the demands of their dance form. As well as customised Pilates sessions at our Auckland based studio, Dance Pilates runs movement education workshops at dance schools and interactive dance programmes through www.movitae.com to improve the strength of young dancers.
