Term 2 Online
Returning Students
So that AAD students can go back into Studio classes some time in Term 2 or later (when the government allows it), we have devised an Online ACCESS ALL AREAS Term 2 Timetable and fee structure that integrates with our normal studio timetable. This will be done via new Facebook private groups called AAD ACCESS ALL AREAS, and is available in four colour-coded streams: PreSchool, Junior, Middle or Senior School.
If you are enrolled in one or more Term 2 class you are expected to attend that class or those classes, but you are welcome to try out any other genre at no charge, just arrive at the start of the class and let the teacher know you are there. Each stream will have a FB page where you can find online material and Zoom classes (using the Waiting room) and instructions on how to join a class.
Access to Term 2 Classes
A registration form is required for all returning AAD students to complete to access Online Live Classes.
To allow access to both the Facebook private group and the Zoom classes, we need both the parent and student that will be requiring access to the Facebook private group to send their correct Profile name for Facebook, and ask that when using Zoom that the username is that of the student entering the class so the teacher easily knows who is entering the online Zoom class.
If a different user or profile is given to the one listed on this form, access may be denied.
Zoom classes now automatically have a Waiting Room feature where teachers have to allow access to the class. Access will only be granted within the first 5 minutes of class starting. If you arrive later than 5 minutes you may not be accepted into the class as the teacher will be in process of teaching and may not notice your arrival. You can always sign in a few minutes before the scheduled class time.
Once the ACCESS ALL AREAS registration payment for Term 2 has been received, an email with the link for your childs group or groups will be sent. Those who have already paid their term 2 invoices, you are automatically registered with ACCESS ALL AREAS.
