The Auckland Academy of Dance provides high caliber training with professional teaching staff in classical ballet, jazz, contemporary and hip hop dance and more recently theatre arts.
Classes are taught for preschool children aged 3 and 4 years and school aged children from 5-18 years, with some adults classes available.
Some of our dancers have gone on to enjoy successful careers in dance, as performers, teachers and choreographers. Some now bring their own children here to experience the enjoyment of dance themselves. The Auckland Academy of Dance is a place where many friendships begin and last a life-time, but most importantly a life long love of dance is developed and nurtured.
